We at RAM Windows and Doors are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic recent college graduate or student to join our team as an Entry Level Manufacturing Production Planner/Scheduler. This is a hands-on job that requires the employee to not only work at a desk but also to be able to navigate and organize in our warehouse. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree(or be pursuing a degree) in supply chain, industrial engineering or a related field and will be quick on their feet and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary: $22-25 Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Develop production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers
  • Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure that materials and resources are available when needed
  • Track production progress and identify potential delays or issues
  • Communicate regularly with other departments to ensure that production is meeting customer requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Learn and perform other tasks as required by the company
  • Organize and navigate the warehouse as needed
  • OT as needed on a weekly basis

Qualifications: Minimum:

  • High school diploma, Associates Degree or relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding of manufacturing process and production scheduling

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or industrial engineering
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
